HOUSE RULES
Quiet Hours
Please keep noise to a minimum and lights dimmed after 12:00 AM so everyone can rest well.
Sustainability
Let’s keep our spaces clean and tidy — dispose of trash in the bins provided and clean up after using common areas.
Conserve water and electricity: turn off lights, faucets, and unplug devices when not in use.
Food and Beverage
You’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks — no corkage fee! We just ask that it’s ready-to-eat.
Cooking and cooking appliances are not allowed. The kitchen is for staff and long-term guests only.
Pets
Pets are welcome in common areas and private rooms, but not in dorm rooms.
Owners are responsible for their pets’ behavior and any incidents.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside rooms or common areas.
A designated smoking area is available near the parking space.
Property Damage
Please inform us right away if any hostel property is damaged or lost so we can address it promptly.
Security of Personal Belongings
Please don’t leave valuables unattended. While we do our best to ensure safety, the hostel isn’t liable for any loss or damage to personal items.
Respect & Compliance
We reserve the right to refuse service or ask a guest to leave if they don’t follow our rules and guidelines.

RESERVATIONS
A 50% downpayment of the total booking amount is required to secure your reservation. This downpayment is non-refundable.
The remaining balance will be settled upon check-in.
CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
We understand that plans can change, but please note that all cancellations and no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the downpayment.
If you’re arriving later than 2:00 PM on your check-in date, please let us know in advance. Without prior notice, your booking may be marked as a no-show.

RESCHEDULINGS
​
You may reschedule your stay free of charge if you contact us at least 4 days before your original check-in date.
For changes made 1 to 3 days before arrival, a rescheduling fee of 50% of the first night’s rate will apply.
Same-day rescheduling is not allowed, unless it's due to an event covered by our Force Majeure policy.
New dates must be within 3 months of the original booking date and are subject to availability.
Room rates may be adjusted based on the new schedule.
FORCE MAJEURE

If we are unable to operate due to events beyond our control—such as severe weather, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances—you may reschedule your stay without penalty. Please note that this policy only applies to events that directly impact the hostel’s ability to accommodate guests. It does not cover personal circumstances, transportation issues, or weather disruptions that affect the guest but not the hostel.

Check-in Time: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Check-out Time: On or before 12:00 PM

Check-in Procedure

You’re welcome to check in between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

Please bring a valid government-issued ID for registration.

Any remaining balance for your stay can be settled upon arrival.

A refundable cash security deposit of ₱200 per person will be collected during check-in. This will be returned in full at check-out, after we check the room and hostel property.

If you plan to arrive after 2:00 PM, please let us know in advance so we can hold your booking. Without prior notice, your reservation may be marked as a no-show.

Early check-in is available from 10:00 AM onwards, subject to room availability. We’re unable to accommodate arrivals earlier than 10:00 AM.
Check-out Procedure

Standard check-out time is on or before 12:00 PM on your departure date.

Late check-out is available until 2:00 PM, subject to availability.

Staying beyond 2:00 PM will be considered an additional night’s stay.

Before leaving, please return your keys and settle any outstanding balances.

Your security deposit will be refunded in full after check-out and clearance.
